House # 1 is situated in the center of Saghmosavan. It is two-storied building. There are four bed rooms, living-room, kitchen and bathroom there. The house is recently renovated, furnished and has all necessary equipment (TV, Tape recorder, DVD-player). It can accommodate up to 8 persons.
